パトリック・ギャレン・デンプシー（1966年1月13日生まれ）は、アメリカの俳優でありレーシングドライバーです。彼は『グレイズ・アナトミー』で神経外科医デレク・“マクドリーミー”・シェパードの役で最も知られています。1980年代には『恋のから騒ぎ』（1987年）や『ラバー・ボーイ』（1989年）などの映画に出演し、俳優として早くから成功を収めました。 1990年代には、主に映画『アウトブレイク』（1995年）やテレビで小さな役に出演していました。デンプシーは『スクリーム3』（2000年）にも出演し、刑事マーク・キンケイドの役を演じました。 彼は『スウィート・ホーム・アラバマ』（2002年）...
