アール・ハイマン（本名ジョージ・アール・プラマー；1926年10月11日 - 2017年11月17日）は、アメリカの舞台、テレビ、映画の俳優です。ハイマンは「サンダーキャッツ」でパンソロの声を担当したことで知られ、その他の様々なキャラクターも演じました。また、「コスビー・ショー」ではクリフの父親ラッセル・ハクスタブル役で出演しました。歌手のフィリス・ハイマンは彼のいとこです。
