コルム・J・ミーニー（1953年5月30日生まれ）はアイルランドの俳優です。彼は『スター・トレック：ザ・ネクスト・ジェネレーション』および『スター・トレック：ディープ・スペース・ナイン』でマイルズ・オブライエン艦長を演じたことで広く知られています。彼はスター・トレックのエピソードにおける出演回数でマイケル・ドーンに次いで2位です。また、彼は『ロー&オーダー』から『ザ・シンプソンズ』まで多くのテレビ番組にゲスト出演しており、映画界でも重要なキャリアを築いています。
