ポール・エドワード・ベガラは、アメリカの政治コンサルタントおよび政治評論家であり、ビル・クリントン大統領の元顧問として最もよく知られています。ベガラは1992年のクリントン・ゴアキャンペーンのチーフストラテジストを務め、33州を制し、クリントンを12年ぶりにホワイトハウスに入居させた最初の民主党員としました。
