スザンナ・ハーカー（本名スザンナ・オーウェンズ；1965年4月26日生まれ）は、イギリスの映画、テレビ、そして舞台の女優です。彼女は1990年に『ハウス・オブ・カード』でマティ・ストーリン役を演じたことでBAFTAテレビ賞にノミネートされました。また、1995年の『高慢と偏見』のテレビ版ではジェーン・ベネットを演じました。
