キャサリン・ジェンキンス（1980年6月29日生まれ）は、ウェールズ出身のリリック・メゾソプラノ歌手です。彼女は、オペラのアリア、ポピュラーソング、ミュージカル、賛美歌など、幅広いジャンルでパフォーマンスを行うクラシックとポップのクロスオーバーシンガーです。若い頃に歌のコンペティションで優勝した後、ジェンキンスはロイヤル・アカデミー・オブ・ミュージックで学び、モデル活動やボイストレーニングも行いました。彼女が広く注目を集めたのは2003年、ウェストミンスター大聖堂で教皇ヨハネ・パウロ2世の銀婚式を祝うために歌った時です。2004年以降、彼女はUKや海外のチャートで好成績を収める多数のアルバムを...
