ビクター・テイバック（1930年1月6日 - 1990年5月25日）は、アメリカの俳優です。彼はコメディドラマ映画『アリス・ダズント・リブ・ヒア・エニモア』（1974年）でダイナーのオーナー、メル・シャープルズ役を演じたことで最も知られており、テレビシットコム『アリス』（1976年～1985年）でも同じ役を演じました。この作品で彼は2年連続でゴールデングローブ賞を受賞しました。
