パーシア・ジェシカ・ホワイト（1972年10月25日生まれ）は、バハマ出身のアメリカの女優、歌手、ミュージシャンです。ホワイトは、2000年から2008年まで放送されたUPNのシットコム「ガールフレンズ」でリン・サーシー役を演じたことで最もよく知られています。また、彼女はバンドXEO3のメンバーであり、2009年にデビューアルバム「メッカ」をリリースしたソロシンガーでもあります。さらに、彼女は「ヴァンパイア・ダイアリーズ」（2012-2017）でアビー・ベネット・ウィルソン役を演じたことでも知られています。
