アブラハム・ソファー（1896年10月1日 - 1988年1月21日）は、ビルマ系ユダヤ人の舞台俳優で、晩年には映画やテレビでおなじみの脇役として活躍しました。彼はビルマのラングーン（現在のミャンマー・ヤンゴン）で生まれました。ソファーの強い特徴と響き渡る声は、彼が演じた多くのエキゾチックなキャラクターにぴったりでした。彼は1921年にロンドンの舞台で演技キャリアをスタートしましたが、すぐにロンドンとブロードウェイを行き来するようになりました。1930年代には、イギリスとアメリカの映画に出演していました。彼の代表的な演技には、パウエルとプレスバーガーの『生と死の問題』（1946年）の裁判官と外...
