ビリー・バーティ（本名：ウィリアム・ジョン・バータンゼッティ；1924年10月25日 - 2000年12月23日）は、アメリカの俳優であり活動家でした。成人としての身長は3フィート9インチ（1.14メートル）で、軟骨性毛髪低形成性小人症のため、短い身長を持っていたため、しばしば高身長のパフォーマーと対になる形で映画にキャスティングされ、コメディ効果を生み出していました。彼は率直でウィットに富んだキャラクターを得意としていました。1950年代には、スパイク・ジョーンズのアンサンブルに定期的に出演し、テレビスターとなりました。
