ランス・フラー（1928年12月6日 - 2001年12月22日）は、アメリカの俳優です。彼はケンタッキー州サマセットで生まれました。 彼は1950年代のほとんどをユニバーサル・インターナショナルの契約俳優として過ごしました。 彼のハリウッドキャリアの最初の数年間には、多くのクレジットなしの役を演じました。彼の最初の役は『フランケンシュタイン対狼男』（1943年）であり、1950年代に入っても『雨に唄えば』（1952年）などのいくつかの映画に（クレジットなしで）出演しました。
