マイケル・ヒュー・モズリー（1957年3月22日 - 2024年6月5日）は、イギリスのテレビおよびラジオのジャーナリスト、プロデューサー、プレゼンター、作家であり、1985年から死去するまでBBCで活動していました。彼は生物学や医学に関するテレビ番組を制作し、『ザ・ワン・ショー』にも定期的に出演していました。モズリーは間欠的断食や低炭水化物ダイエットの支持者であり、ケトジェニックダイエットを推進する書籍を執筆しました。彼は2024年6月5日にギリシャのシミ島で亡くなりました。
