ジョセフ・マルセル（1948年8月18日生まれ）は、セントルシア出身のイギリスの俳優で、NBCのシットコム『フレッシュ・プリンス・オブ・ベラエア』でのイギリス人執事ジェフリー役で最も知られています。この番組は1990年9月に始まり、1996年5月の最終回まで放送されました。セントルシアで生まれた彼は、9歳の時にイギリスに移住し、現在はロンドンのイーリング区サウスオールに住んでいます。
