経歴・プロフィール
多作で遍在するイギリスの背景俳優ジョージ・ヒルズドンは、1907年4月25日にロンドンのウェストハムで生まれました。ヒルズドンは1940年代中頃から、しばしばクレジットなしの小さな役で映画に出演し始めました。がっしりとした体格で、無愛想な顔と後退した銀色の髪を持つジョージは、警官、新聞販売員、または警備員として頻繁にキャスティングされました。ヒルズドンは1982年5月28日にエセックスで75歳で亡くなりました。妻アイビー・リリアン・ベンジに先立たれ、2人の子供が残りました。
