ピーター・カーライルは1914年8月4日、アメリカ合衆国サウスカロライナ州で生まれました。彼は俳優およびプロデューサーであり、『アフター・ザ・ボール』（1957年）、『エドワード王』（1975年）、『ランポール・オブ・ザ・ベイリー』（1978年）で知られています。彼は2000年10月16日、イギリス・ロンドンのルイシャムで亡くなりました。
