ビリー・ウエスト（1892年9月22日 - 1975年7月21日）は、映画俳優、プロデューサー、監督でした。サイレント映画時代に活躍し、セミ成功したチャーリー・チャップリンのモノマネで最も知られています。演技だけでなく、1910年代と20年代には短編映画を監督し、映画を制作しました。ウエストは最終的に1935年に引退しました。
