ロバート・エメット・オコナー（1885年3月18日 - 1962年9月4日）は、アメリカの映画俳優です。彼は1919年から1950年の間に204本の映画に出演しました。彼は『公共の敵』（1931年）で心優しい密造酒業者パディ・ライアンとして、また『オペラの夜』（1935年）でマルクス兄弟を追う探偵軍曹ヘンダーソンとして最もよく知られています。また、ビリー・ワイルダーの1950年の映画『サンセット大通り』ではジョンジー（年配のパラマウントの門番）として出演し、メトロ・ゴールドウィン・メイヤーの短編アニメ『誰が誰を殺したか？』（1943年）の冒頭と最後にカメオ出演もしました。
