ムアマル・ムハンマド・アブ・ミニヤール・アル＝カッダーフィ（1942年頃 - 2011年10月20日）は、一般にカダフィ大佐として知られるリビアの革命家、政治家、政治理論家である。彼は1969年から1977年までリビア・アラブ共和国の革命的議長として、そして1977年から2011年まで大リビア・アラブ・ジャマヒリヤの「兄弟指導者」としてリビアを統治した。彼は当初、アラブ民族主義とアラブ社会主義にイデオロギー的にコミットしていたが、独自の第三インターナショナル理論を発展させた。
